Lejla is a customer-focused claims professional with over 20 years of experience across insurance, finance, hospitality and team leadership. Before joining Runacres, she worked at Aon New Zealand as a Claims Service Specialist. Her background also includes roles with IAG New Zealand, Whakarongorau and Finance Now, along with hospitality management and small business ownership.
Lejla holds diplomas in Tourism, Hospitality and Commerce and is completing a Diploma in Applied Management, graduating in June 2026.
Known for her empathy, communication skills and ability to navigate complex situations, she excels at building strong relationships and achieving great client outcomes. Outside work, she is a passionate baker who enjoys strong coffee, a good laugh and time with family.
