Pay your invoice online

We accept credit card payments for your insurance through the Windcave Payment Gateway.

If you wish to proceed with this option, you will need your Runacres customer number (located on your invoice).

A 1.25% surcharge is applicable to all credit card payments, which is passed directly to the credit card merchant.

Please click on the button below where you will be redirected to the Windcave Payment Gateway and you can securely enter your client and credit card details. Once you have done this your payment will be completed.

For your security, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to send your payment information to our server.

Credit Card Payment
Payments can be made using Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Payments are accepted in New Zealand Dollars.

An Online Convenience Fee of 1.25% of the amount of payment (including any penalties, fees or interest) is charged for all payments made on this site.
If you do not wish to pay the Online Convenience Fee you may alternatively make payment by contacting Runacres Insurance.

Please check with your Card Issuer about any other fees and charges that may be applied to your credit card transaction, under your agreement with your Card Issuer.

Refund Policy: If you consider your payment was made in error, please contact our Christchurch office within two working days to discuss a refund.
