Jeremy joined the Runacres Claims Team in May 2026, bringing valuable claims management experience from both IAG and FMG. He began his insurance career in 2024 as a Motor Vehicle Claims Consultant before expanding his expertise to a broader rural claims portfolio, developing a strong understanding of the diverse challenges faced by New Zealand clients.
Passionate about delivering positive outcomes, Jeremy enjoys guiding clients through the claims process and ensuring they receive an excellent experience during what can often be a stressful time. He is particularly focused on improving efficiency, building strong relationships across the insurance industry, and continually expanding his knowledge across different claim types.
One of the highlights of Jeremy’s insurance career was supporting clients through the significant weather events of 2025, helping them navigate complex claims while gaining a deeper appreciation for rural New Zealand and the communities he served.
Jeremy holds a Level 5 Financial Services Certificate and is known for his strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to providing a smooth end-to-end claims experience. He values the collaborative culture at Runacres and believes the people and shared focus on client care are what make the business special.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, tackling a weekly pub quiz, hiking, reading history books, learning languages, and caring for an impressive collection of houseplants. He is also a lifelong Manchester United supporter and shares his home with an elderly cat who keeps the household entertained.
