Brief info
Jen has been in the Insurance industry since 2016 working for one of New Zealand’s largest insurance companies.
During this time Jen gained valuable experience in a wide range insurance fields, from being a Personal insurance Consultant to Claims handling, Underwriting, New Business and Accounts.
Jen has 20 years’ experience in customer service. During her time in Hospitality she worked as a Café Manager and is also a Qualified Chef.
Her favourite part of working in insurance is delivering exceptional service to clients explaining insurance in plain terms and making the claim process as easy as possible for her clients.
When not working, Jen is a Mum to two young children and enjoys her free time being outdoors, hiking, hunting or riding dirt bikes.
