Dee started her insurance career with a direct insurer in April 2022, and has a background of 6+ years in various customer service roles. She joined Runacres in 2023.
Dee prides herself in excellent customer service and always putting the customer first. She enjoys the personal touch this role provides and being able to support more locally with the ability to really get to know and help our clients. Dee also loved that this role gives the opportunity to learn and grow across all areas of insurance.
Outside of work, you can find Dee at the dance studio creating and performing hip hop dances and working towards becoming a dance tutor. Dee also enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons with friends and taking random road trips with her husband. She spends her downtime at home with her husband and two cats.
