Ben has worked in risk and compliance roles across banking, freight, and healthcare for two decades. Throughout that time, he has developed a strong understanding of governance, operational risk, regulatory frameworks, fraud, physical security, and business continuity. He combines a structured, risk aware mindset with a commitment to creating processes that are practical, efficient, and aligned with client needs.
He works across the business to strengthen systems, refine processes and ensure compliance obligations are met. His role bridges strategy and day to day risk management, helping the team stay ahead of regulatory change while maintaining a strong client focus.
Outside of work, most of Ben’s spare time is spent supporting his sons at their various sporting events. He is a keen runner who enjoys both training and coaching, and when time allows, he also enjoys getting out for a round of golf.
