Brief info
Tatjana is an outgoing and results-driven member of the team, with a passion for safeguarding individuals and businesses’ financial well-being. Her diverse background equips her with a unique skill set; fusing creativity and innovation from her performing arts background with the precision, expertise and empathy required in insurance.
After graduating a Bachelor of Performing Arts (Musical Theatre) in 2018, and a Master of Creative Practice (Distinction) in 2021, Tatjana seamlessly transitioned into the insurance and financial advice sector in response to the evolving post-COVID landscape. Starting as a Personal Insurance Consultant, Tatjana adeptly managed inbound client calls, primarily handling domestic risk inquiries. Her talent for client engagement and support propelled her career forward, leading her to the role of Broker Support where she expanded her brokering and Commercial skillset, before taking the next step and joining the Runacres team in mid-2023.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Tatjana is a passionate advocate for mental health and well-being, sustainability, and plant-based living. When she’s not at her desk, you’ll find Tatjana spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new corners of the world, or belting out tunes under the bright lights of centre-stage!
